The Volta Regional Hospital, Volta Region intends to apply a portion of its Drug Revolving and Internally Generated Fund for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Tender is issued.
The Volta Regional Hospital, Volta –Region now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the supply of the under listed items

1. Essential Medicines

- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, 2003 as amended Act 914 and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis cash only (GH¢300.00).

Interested Eligible Tenderers (i.e. manufacturers or their authorized agents) may obtain further information from the PROCUREMENT UNIT of the Hospital and inspect the Tender documents at the same unit between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm each working day.
Completed tender document must be deposited in the tender box located in the Procurement unit on or before 2ND March 2023 at 10:00 Am prompt.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
The Tender Declaration Form as specified in the table above and samples must accompany all Tenders.
The following conditions are to be met by all prospective suppliers
A. Evidence of Manufacturers Authorization i.e. for wholesalers
B. Food & Drugs Authority Certificate (where applicable)
C. Tender Securing Declaration
D. Valid Company Registration certificate
E. Valid Current SSNIT Certificate
F. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority certificate
G. Valid Pharmacy certificate (where applicable)
H. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate (PPA)
I. Three (3) Referees from Recognized Institutions, (please attach evidence of work done-Award Notification)
J. Samples Are Required For Evaluation, All Samples Must Be Delivered To The Volta Regional Hospital Procurement Unit
Failure to submit any of the above documents would render the Tender non-responsive and the Tender would consequently not be further evaluated.
