Tender Description:: The Greater Accra Regional Co-ordinating Council now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the procurement of works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 663, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority of Ghana.

Construction of 3-Storey 12-Unit Classroom Block and 12-Seater Toilet Block with Mechanised Borehole and Elevated Water Tank Support at Kokomlemle 1&2 Basic School Panama, Accra

Construction of Community Centre at Kasoa-Galilea, Accra

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender opening.

viii. Power of Attorney (If relevant)
ix. Tender Security – 2% of Tender Sum
x. MWH Classification Certification (D2 K2 or above)
