- 2. The College invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Procurement of Toners. Detailed Specifications, Quantities and Schedules are provided in the Tender Documents (TD).
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT)
procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 (2003) and as amended in
the Public Procurement Amended Act 914 (2016) and in the Guidelines of the Public
Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Tender Document in English may be inspected and purchased at the Procurement Unit, Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, 54 Independence Avenue, Near Liberation roundabout Ridge, Accra.
5. The method of payment of the Tender Document will be by Direct Transfer or payable into our Bank Account which will be provided upon request and the Pay in slip presented to the Accounts Office for an official receipt.
Tendering Documents would be on sale between 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs local time each working day from Friday 3, February 2023 till the closing Date and Time indicated above.
6. Tenderers shall submit their Tender together with the Tender Security as stated in the Tender Document, in Ghana Cedis and in the form prescribed in the Tender Document.
7. Completed Tenders must be addressed to:

and delivered in the Tender Box located at the Faculties Forum on the 2nd Floor of the
GCPS building, Accra on or before the date and time indicated above.

9. Tender Opening will be held immediately after the close of the Tender in the Faculties Forum on the 2nd Floor of the GCPS Building Accra. Tenderers may be present at the public opening Tenders.
10. All Tenderers should provide the following as part of their tender:
Valid Business Registration Certificate and renewal receipt
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
PPA Supplier registration certificate
Warranty Duration
Failure to submit any of the above certificates will render the tender non-responsive and
the tender will consequently not be evaluated.
11. A complete set of tender documents in English, may be purchased by interested
Tenderers upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Two hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 200.00) at the Accounts office of the College.
12. Tenders must be submitted to the address below on or before the date stated above
in the Tender box at10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after the deadline of the tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS 8,000.00).
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened after tender closing in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend.
