1. The Accra Academy intends to apply part its budgetary allocation under Sponsorship package from Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Ltd (BOST) to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of 450No. Classroom Furniture (Mono Desk)

2. The Accra Academy now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers to undertake the above named goods as described in the table below.

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines procedures specified in the Public Procurement Authority Manual of the Republic of Ghana.

4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Procurement Unit and inspect the tender documents of the address, given below from 17th February, 2023 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 200.00).

5. Tender document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender documents.

6. Tenders must be deposited in the box located at the address below on or before 11:00 hour GMT on Monday 27th February, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission.


7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the table above. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Administration Block at Accra Academy at 11:00 hours GMT on Monday 27th February, 2023.

8 A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents.

9 It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed mandatory requirements.
