- 2. The Ga Central Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of Goods and/or Works for the above contract packages. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 (Amended) Act 2016, Act 914 and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency for each set from Friday 24th February, 2023 each working day between 8:00am to 5:00pm. Interested tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening and shall be delivered with the under listed documents to the same address on or before Thursday 10th March, 2023 at 10:00am at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
5. It is mandatory that tenderers submit their tenders with the following documents:
a. Certificate of Registration and Incorporation
b. Valid Labour Certificate [for Works’ contract]
c. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate [for Works’ contract]
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate [for Works’ contract]
e. Valid TAX Clearance Certificate
f. Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Registration Certificate
