- Consultancy Services For The Development Of A Framework For The Institution Of Public Service Innovation Challenge In Service Delivery
The Office of the Senior Presidential Advisor (OSPA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public Sector Reform for Results Project (PSRRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) amongst others include developing a framework for instituting the Public Sector Innovation Challenge Grant that will send invitation to selected entities to submit proposals for consideration to be awarded Grants. This grant is expected to assist these institutions reduce the cost or time taken for delivering a public service or the number of visits to be made by the service recipient.
The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment, including shortlisting criteria and assignment duration, can be obtained by email from the Project Coordinator at the email address given below.
The OSPA now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services in the TOR.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Selection Method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Interested qualified and experienced applicants who meet the criteria should submit their application and detailed curriculum vitae in a written form or by soft (in PDF) via email.
