- 2. Interested tenderers may obtain Tender Documents on the project as indicated and described in the above table on weekdays between hours of 08: 30 – 17: 00 GMT at the address and location indicated below. Tenders will be evaluated and contract awarded accordingly.
3. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663), as amended by Act 914,2016 and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Eastern Regional Coordinating Council, Procurement unit and to inspect the tender documents at the same office from 9:00 am – 5: 00 pm each day from Monday 13th March, 2023.
5. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh¢500.00) for each document.
6. Completed Sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender Box in the Conference Room of the address below on or before Tuesday 28th March, 2023 at 10: 30 am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 am on Tuesday 28th March, 2023 at 10: 30 am
7. Late Tenders shall be rejected. All Tenders must be submitted with their Tender Security equivalent of 2% of the tender Price, as indicated above, and to the address below:
