3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
4. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate with up to date renewal receipt
6. Valid Certificate of Incorporation with up to date renewal receipt
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of two percent 2% of the tender price quoted from a reputable bank or insurance company.
