More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, terms of references, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.

This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

A contractor / Service Provider will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 Amended as Act 914, 2016.

The tender shall be accompanied by a bid security of GHS 33,500.00 valid for a period of 90 days after submission of bid from a reputable bank or insurance company.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (for all LOTS)
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation (for all LOTS)
• Valid Certificate of Commencement(for all LOTS)
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. (for all LOTS)
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. (for all LOTS)
• Valid MWH /MRH Certificate (D2, K2/A3,B3) and above) for LOTS 1,2 & (D3,K3) and above for LOTS 3& 4
• Valid Labour Certificate. for LOTS 1 2, 3 & 4 ONLY
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA (for all LOTS)

Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Office of the Metropolitan Co-ordinating Director from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.

A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from Metropolitan Procurement Unit from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢700.00) for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by cash payable to Tema Metropolitan Assembly in Tema, Ghana.

Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on Thursday, 16th March, 2023 at 11:30 hours GMT in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall, Tema Metropolitan Assembly, Tema.
