- Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC) (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of its Budgetary Allocations towards eligible payments under a contract for the renovation of its Bungalow at Takoradi.
Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited therefore invites interested and eligible Contractors to submit applications to be considered for the under listed contract package:
Renovation of Bungalow No. C2/16 Cocoa Villa Takoradi.

- The job shall be completed within Three (3) calendar months of award of contract.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory documents:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
• Valid Business Registration Certificates;
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA.
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D2, K2 and above)
Please note that, submission of fictitious documents shall lead to your disqualification and forfeiture of your tender security.
Tenders shall be accompanied by tender security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank. Tender Security shall be in the currency of the tender.
