Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of not less than 2% of the tender price quoted for each lot from a reputable bank and insurance company.
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following mandatory documents:
1. A Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
2. A Valid Certificate to Commence Business (if any)
3. A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
4. A Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. A Valid VAT Certificate
6. A Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
7. Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate
8. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
9. Valid Labour Certificate
All documents shall be valid at the time of closure of the tender.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for tender submission. Late submissions shall be rejected.
