- 2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as Amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana. The following information is required from bidders:
• Valid Certificate of Business Registration
• Valid VAT Certificate (If Any)
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (If Any)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources ,Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Power of Attorney of the Company
• Valid Public Procurement Authority’s (PPA) Certificate
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Administration of the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly and as well Inspect Tender Document from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director between 8:30a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday daily on official working days at the address 1 given below
4. A complete set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 400.00)
5. All sealed bid documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th April, 2023 at 10:00a.m. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Bid submission. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount stated in the table above or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a reputable bank in Ghana. Tender security shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after submission of Tenders.
7. Bids must be signed, sealed and delivered to the address below (address 2) on or before 10:00 am, Tuesday 4th April, 2023. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED.
8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the Conference Room (First Floor) of address 2 below on Tuesday 4th April, 2023 at 10:00 am.
