- The EFFIA-KWESIMINTSIM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY, intends to apply part of its share of funds under the MP’s National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Fund to cover eligible payment as per the requirements below:

- Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for each set.
Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below on or before 10.00 hours GMT on 21/04/2023.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 hours GMT on 21/04/2023.
