Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after opening and must be accompanied by a tender security indicated in the table above or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency for a period of 28 days after expiration of the tender.

The tender security is 2% of the total amount.

Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory document as part of their tender.

a) Valid Labour Certificate.
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) Valid MWRWH Classification. D3,K3 and above
d) Certificate of Registration /Incorporation
e) Valid Tax /Vat Clearance Certificate
f) Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate

Tenders must be addressed to the:

MUNICIPAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE
KROWOR MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY
PRIVATE MAIL BAG
NUNGUA

And delivered by hand into the tender box located at the Conference Room on or before 11am GMT on the deadline stated.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 11am GMT in the conference room of the Municipal Assembly.

Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Works Department of the Assembly from 9 am to 5 pm during weekdays from the publication date stated to the submission stated.
