Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Accra Metropolitan Assembly during office hours and inspect the Tender documents from 8:30am to 4:30 pm weekdays from 15th March, 2023.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price.

. All Tenderers are required to attach copies of the under listed Documents to their tenders:
a) Valid Ministry Of Water Resources Works And Housing Classification D3K3 Or Higher
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificate
d) Valid Labour Certificate
e) Public Procurement Authority Certificate
