- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
Tender documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at the District Procurement Unit for a non-refundable fee as stated below. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract price. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenderers are to provide all required documents as stated in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the Tender Document, the under listed requirements are mandatory:

iii. Valid Works & Housing Certificate D3K3 or Above

v. Valid Certificate of Incorporation

viii. Power of Attorney
ix. Valid Contract Labour Certificate
