This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible and interested suppliers who must have the under listed as at the time of submitting tenders:

-Valid Company Registration Certificate
-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
-Valid VAT Registration Certificate
-Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
-Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
-Manufacturer's Authorization where applicable
-References of similar supplies (Attach Award Letters, LPOs etc.)
-Audited Accounts for the last two years (2021 and 2022)

Tender documents may be purchased on submission of written application to the address below upon payment of the price stated.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the date for tender submission as indicated at 11am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedi (GHS 10,000.00) from a reputable bank or an insurance company in Ghana. Late Tenders will be rejected.
