Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Unit, Ground Floor, Room No. 20/ Works Department at the Municipal Assembly Nsawam during office hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm from Wednesday, 22nd March 2023. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non refundable fee as stated below.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration and must be delivered to the Procurement Unit, Ground floor, Room 20, Nsawam, Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, Nsawam on or before 10:30am on the submission date stated where they will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tenderers' representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after deadline of Tender submission.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirement.

-Valid Certificate Business Registration
-Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
-Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
-Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
-Valid Labour Certificate
-Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 or better)
