The AUDIT SERVICE intends to apply part of its GOG budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of OFFICE EQUIPMENT.

The Audit Service invites Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the supply and installations of the items as per the description above

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Audit Service at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 200.00 for each set.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th April 2023 Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢10,000.00) from a reputable Bank or an Insurance Company in Ghana

Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the deadline for tender submission on 12th April 2023. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.
