Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from WAEC and procure a copy of the tender document at the procurement department, room HQ 08 from 9:00am to 4:00 p.m daily.

The method of payment of the tender fee will be by bankers draft or cash made payable to the WAEC. Tenders must be delivered into a tender box located at the Customer Care Center of the Accra Office of the WAEC by 10:00am on the closing date.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days and as specified in Tender DataSheet after the deadline of Tender submission.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of not less than 2% of the tender price as stated in the tender data sheet. All tender security must be by bankers draft or certified bank guarantee.

Late tenders will be rejected

Its is mandatory for all tenders to be included with the following staturory requirements:
1.Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
2.Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3.Valid VAT Registration Certificate
4. Valid Business Registration Certificate
5. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
6. Valid Certificate Commencement
7. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

The tender validity period is 90 days
