Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Office of the Registrar of Companies and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday- Friday)

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee as stated below.

Tenders must be delivered into a Tender Box in front of the Conference Room on the 2nd Floor of the Office of the Registrar of Companies on or before the submission date stated below.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) of the tender amount and in the form as specified in the tender document.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with current renewal receipt and
in good standing
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with current renewal receipt and in
good standing
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid Work and Housing Certificate (for works)
• Valid Labour Certificate (for works)
