7. A tender security of 2% of the total tender price
8. Valid FDA Certificate
A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Regional Health Directorate, Account department, Tamale. A payment of a non- refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana cedi’s only (GHC 300.00) per each Tender Document between 8.30am – 4.00pm each working day from Monday-Friday.
