Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from JUDICIAL SERVICE and inspect the Tender document at the address given below;

A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee as stated below.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than two percent (2%) of the tender price.

Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in the Tender Document.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed requirements.

• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Manufacturers Authorization/ Certificate of Origin
• Audited Financial Statement (2019, 2020 and 2021)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or evidence of registration
• Any other document as may be stated in the tender document.

The quantity to be delivered is 57 sets
