- The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:
• Dismantle all members of the 8No., 80m tall Wind Masts and recover all instruments and accessories mounted on the Masts.
• Demolishing and removal of the concrete foundation of the Masts and Guy Wires to restore grounds to their original state.
• Transportation of the decommissioned masts and accessories to Akuse (VRA’s Procurement yard) for storage.
• Prepare and apply Anti-Rust material on decommissioned members.
The project is expected to be completed within Nine (9) Calendar Months.

- 1. A Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Conference Room of the Engineering Services Department, Akuse in the Eastern Region at 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
2. The deadline for submission of Tenders is May 31, 2023 at 13:00hours GMT. Tenders must be delivered to the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, VRA – Akuse, in the Eastern Region (GPS Address: EL-1014-3646) at or before the time specified above.
3. Tenders will be opened immediately after 13:00hours GMT on Wednesday May 31, 2023 in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, VRA - Akuse in the Eastern Region.
