- INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The Ho Teaching Hospital, Ho intends to apply part of its 2023 Budgetary Allocation/Internally Generated Funds to undertake Contracts for the project indicated below:
Construction Of Family Health Centre For Ho Teaching Hospital.

- Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender submission.
Interested bidders shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents and in addition to documents stated in the tender documents:
i. Proof of Business Re-Registration Certificate (with renewal receipt)
ii. Valid Company Certificate of Incorporation
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (Up to First quarter 2023)
iv. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (Up to First quarter 2023)
vi. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate, D2K2 and above.
vii. Valid Labour Certificate.
viii. Tender Security (as indicated above)
ix. Valid Public Procurement Authority, PPA Certification
