Tender Description:: Supply of LC-MS-MS System with UPLC System (See Technical Specifcation for Details)

Additional Information:: Quantity requested is 1 and the delivery period is six weeks after the date of contract signed.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Department of Ghana Standards Authority, Head Office, Accra and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 9:00am-400pm on each working day.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price in the form stated in the Tender Data Sheet Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of Ghana Standards Authority Head O ce Accra (Block “B” room
B-17) at 2:05 pm on 27th April 2023.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.

• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
