The Ayawaso North Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders form eligible tenderers for the above listed projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Ayawaso North Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 9:00am-5:00pm each day.
3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application letter to the address below upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵300.00).

- 4. Tenderers, as part of the tendering process, shall submit the following statutory document as indicated below:
A. Valid Company Registration Certificate and Certificate to Commence Business.
B. Valid Tax clearance Certificate (Original)
C. Valid SSNIT
D. Clearance Certificate
E. Valid Labor Certificate (Job related)
F. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3 or Better)
G. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
H. Other documents indicated in the data sheet.
5. Tenders must be signed, sealed, and delivered to the address below on or before the Tuesday 4th of May 2023.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from a reputable Bank. Late Tenders will be rejected.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s or representative who choose to attend at the Ayawaso North Municipal Assembly Hall on the 4th of May 2023 at 10:00hours GMT.
