- The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) intends to apply part of its Internal Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the underlisted.

- Tenders must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below at or before the time and date indicated in the table above.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price in the form Bank Guarantee or Certified Cheque as per details specified in the Tender Document
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in the Tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
i. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificates;
ii. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificates;
iii. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate;
iv. Business Registration Certificate;
v. Certificate of Incorporation;
vi. Certificate of Commencement; and
vii. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
