- Additional Information:
- The Petroleum Commission, Ghana invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for Procurement of three (3) Computer Workstations with six (6) 32 inch 4K USB-C Display and Renewal of Sonicwall Firewall License as captured in the table above.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Procurement Department, Petroleum Commission, Ghana and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the Director, Finance and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GH¢ 500.00) for a set of tender documents. The method of payment shall be bankers draft to the Petroleum Commission, Ghana.
6. Tenders must be delivered into the Tender Box Located at the Reception of the Commission on or before 10 a.m. on Friday, 5th May, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% from a bank or Tender Securing Declaration duly signed by authorized personnel, Certificate of Business Registration and renewal receipt, Certificate of Commencement of Business, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Certificate, Valid PPA Registration Certificate etc. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Third Floor Conference Room of Petroleum Commission on Friday, 5th May 2023.
