intend to apply part of their African Centres of Excellence (ACE) World Bank Project Funds,GETFund and Internally Generated Funds

1. The UDS and Wacwisa now invite sealed Tenders from
eligible suppliers and contractorsfor the procurement of the
above goods and works.
2. A Contractor/Supplier will be selected under a Competitive
Tendering Method through the evaluation procedure which
is described in the tender documents, in accordance with
the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) as amended and
in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the
Republic of Ghana which are provided on the PPA website at
www.ppa.gov.gh
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information
from the University for Development Studies (UDS),
Central Administration, Tamale and inspect the Tender
Documents at the address below from 8:00 am. to 5:00
pm daily on normal working days.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be
purchased by interested Tenderers upon the submission of
a written application to the address below and upon the
payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated in the table
above.
5. Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the
Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are
expressly demanded;
i) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii) VAT Registration Certificate.
iv) Valid Business Registration Certificate
v) Valid Certificate of Incorporation
vi) Certificate of Commencement.
