- Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the
Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are
expressly demanded;
i) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii) VAT Registration Certificate.
iv) Valid Business Registration Certificate
v) Valid Certificate of Incorporation
vi) Certificate of Commencement.
vii) Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
iii) Labour Clearance Certificate (for item 2 only)
iv) Ministry of Works and Housing Classification
Certificate (for item 2 only)
6. Failure to submit any of the above listed documents would
render the bid ‘non- responsive’ and the tender would be
consequently not evaluated.
CLOSING DATE OF TENDERS
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or
before10:00 am on Friday, May 19, 2023
8. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after deadline
of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a
Tender Security of 2% of tender price, valid for a minimum of
28 days after validity date. Late Tenders will be rejected.

representatives who choose to attend at the address below:
