- This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
A contractor will be selected under a Competitive Tendering Method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663, as amended Act 2016, Act 914 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tenders the underlisted statutory requirements (where applicable for the Goods and Works described above).
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate, Class D2K2 or better
• Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (evidence of receipt is permitted)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate or Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Contractors’/Suppliers’ Registration Certificate with Ga East Municipal Assembly (evidence of receipt is permitted)
Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address below.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from Ga East Municipal Assembly from 8:30am to 5:00pm local time at Abokobi, near Presby Women Center during working days by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000.00) for each set of Tender Document. The method of payment will be by Cash only payable to the Accountant of Ga East Municipal Assembly at Abokobi - Accra.
A Pre-Tender meeting shall not take place in relation to this IFT.
Tenderers are restricted to participate in only one (1) tender in relation to this IFT.
The deadline for submission of Tenders is June 15th 2023 at 11:30am local time. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the time specified above. Late Tenders will be rejected outright and returned un-opened to the Tenderers.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Documents in Section VII. Securities Forms.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Venue and Location indicated below:
