- The quantity and volume requested shall be stated in the tender documents.
The successful Tenderer will enter into a Framework Agreement with Judicial Service, under which the Service will issue Purchase orders/Call-offs to the Suppliers for the supply of furniture as and when it becomes necessary.
The Purchase orders/Call-offs will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. Payment will be made directly to the Suppliers by the Service.
The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be Multi-Supplier.
The selection of Suppliers to be awarded Call-off Contract will be done through a Secondary Procurement process as defined in the Framework Agreement. However, the conclusion of a Framework Agreement shall not impose any obligation on the Procurement Entity to procure Goods under a Call-off Contract. The conclusion of a Framework Agreement does not guarantee that the Suppliers will be awarded a Call-off Contract.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a Term of 1 year subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the address below from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given above and upon a payment of the non-refundable fee stated below.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for Tender submission. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than two percent (2%) of the tender price or completion of a Tender Securing Declaration Form.
Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in the Tender Document.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed requirements.

• Audited Financial Statement (2019, 2020 and 2021)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of Payment
