The Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 633) as Amended (Act 914 of 2016) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.

A set of Tender Documents may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Akuapem North Municipal Assembly, Akropong, Eastern Region, during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee specified on the table above.

The Tender shall be valid for 120 days after Tender opening and shall be accompanied by the 2% tender security from a Bank or an Insurance company acceptable to the employer.

A completed Tender documents (accompanied with copies of all documents requested in the Tender Data) shall be sealed in an envelope and deposited in the Tender Box of Akuapem North Municipal Assembly, Akropong, Eastern Region, on or before 10:00 am (local time), THURSDAY 25th MAY, 2023. The Tender opening shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission of Tender in presence of Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.

All late Tenders shall be rejected.

2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
5. Labour Certificate
6. PPA Certificate
7. Valid Assembly Registration Certificate
