- Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC) (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of its Budgetary Allocations towards eligible payments under a contract for the Construction of Retaining Walls.
Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited therefore invites interested and eligible Contractors to submit applications to be considered for the under listed contract package:
Construction of Retaining Walls at North Kaneshie
- Additional Information:
- The job shall be completed within Three (3) calendar months of award of contract.
Tenders shall be accompanied by tender security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank. Tender Security shall be in the currency of the tender.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory documents:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
• Valid Business Registration Certificates;
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid Labour Certificate;
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D2, K2 and above)
