- Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC) (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of its Budgetary Allocations towards eligible payments under a contract for the Construction of and Renovation of Residential Bungalows at Osu
Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited therefore invites interested and eligible Contractors to submit applications to be considered for the under listed contract packages:
Renovation of Bungalow No. 5 Osu Accra

- The job shall be completed within Three (3) calendar months of award of contract.
Tenders shall be accompanied by tender security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank. Tender Security shall be in the currency of the tender.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory documents:
