Additional Information:: Tenderers may quote for one or more lots.
All tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Company’s Registration Certificate (note: renewal slip must be attached)
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to month of Tender Submission)
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. VAT Registration Certificate
e. A Bid Security of 2% of the tender price
f. Valid PPA registration Certificate
Tenderers are required to deposit their sealed tender(s) in a tender box at the Board Room (Room 207) second floor, on/or before 11:00 hours on Friday 16th June, 2023.
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission.
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing in presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at 11:10 hours on Friday, 16th June, 2023 at the Board Room (Room 207).
