Tender Description:: The African Union (AU) has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Fund toward the cost of the Institutional Support Project for the African Union / African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Implementation and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of IT Equipment (Laptop Computers) and Office Furniture.

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

Lot 1. Procurement of Laptop Computers (Slim) - 10No.
Lot 2. Procurement of Laptop Computers (Normal) - 40No.
Lot 3. Procurement of Furniture
3A Procurement of Office Cabinet (Long) - 12No.
3B Procurement of Office Cabinet (Short) - 12No.
3C Procurement of Office Carpet - 2No.
3D Procurement of Office Ergonomic Swivel Chair - 5No
3E Procurement of Accent Chair (Sofa) - 3No

Additional Information:: All Bidders must additionally attach to their bids evidence that they have:
a. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate with receipts.
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate with receipts.
c. Valid VAT Registration Certificate with receipts.
d. Valid Business Registration Certificate
e. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
f. Valid Certificate of Commencement.
g. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA with receipts
