- 1. The Bia West District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contract for the construction of the below project;
PROJECT: Completion of 1 No3- Unit Classroom Block with Ancillary facilities at Nsowakrom.
LOCATION: Sefwi -
Nsowakrom
TENDER SECURITY: 2% of Total Tender Price

- 2.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following documents are required from eligible contractors;
i. Certificate of company registration
ii. Current and valid tax clearance certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Min. of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate – Class D2&K2
vi. Valid PPA Registration certificate/Receipt
3.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Bia West District Assembly (Procurement Unit) between 8:00am and 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
4. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh₵ 300.00) only for each set of tender documents.
5.All sealed Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender box in the conference room of the address below on or before, Tuesday 20th June, 2023 at 11:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers on Tuesday, 20th June, 2023 at 11:00am.
