- Cape Coast Technical University intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation for the procurement of Desktop Computers and UPS for its operations.
1. Cape Coast Technical University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Desktop Computers and UPS.

- . Tendering will be conducted in accordance with rules and procedures of National Competitive Tendering (NCT) provided in the Public Procurement Act 663, 2003 and Public Procurement Amendment Act 914, 2016 as amended and
the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The following information is required for the tender;
i. VAT Registration Certificate
ii. Current, valid Registration of Business Certificate
iii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Directorate of Cape Coast Technical University Cape Coast, in respect of the bidding documents at the address and location given in paragraph 7 below from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. local time during the week.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 400.00) cash or Bankers Draft from a reputable bank to Cape Coast Technical University. The document should be obtained personally.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00 a.m. local time on 1st August 2023
6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of the Total Bid Price or an equivalent amount in Bankers Draft from reputable banks only.
7. Late bids will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the University’s Conference Hall at 10.00 a.m. local time on 1st August 2023
