2. The Effutu Municipal Education Directorate now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for contract of Works listed above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Effutu Municipal Education Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢350.00) only for this lot. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 25th July, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tender document must be accompanied with qualification requirement stated in the tender data sheet and percentage of Tender Security amount stated in the table above for each Lot. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at the Conference Room of Effutu Municipal Education Directorate at 10:00 hours GMT Tuesday, 25th July, 2023.
