- The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) intends to apply part of its Internal Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the underlisted.

- Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price in the form of Bank Guarantee or Certified Cheque as per details specified in the Tender Document.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in the Tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
i. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificates;
ii. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificates;
iii. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate;
iv. Business Registration Certificate (where applicable);
v. Certificate of Incorporation; and
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
