2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and Inspect Tender Document from the office of the Procurement Unit of the Assembly between 9:00am and 4:30pm daily from Friday 28th July, 2023 to Friday 11th August, 2023.
3. A complete set of tender document (per a Lot) in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon a payment of non-refundable fees of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200).
4. Tenderers as part of the tendering processes, shall submit the following documents:
Valid Certificate of Business Registration, Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, and, Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate/Evidence.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a reputable bank or insurance company. Tender security shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after submission of tenders.
6. Completed tenders must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box located at the address below on or before, Friday 11th August, 2023 at 10.00am after which the bid will be opened in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend in the Adaklu District Assembly Hall, Adaklu -Waya. All Late submission shall be rejected.
