- The Procurement Process will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 633 as amended.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm and from 31ST July to 18TH August, 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHȼ 300.00 for each LOT at the college’s account office.
Tenderers are required to submit the following as part of Tender.
a. A Valid Certificate of Registration
b. FORM A’’ Or Form 3’’
c. A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
d. A Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e. Public Procurement Authority Certificate or Proof of Registration
f. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification (Works)
g. Valid Labour Certificate
h. Valid Bid Security of 2%
