- The job shall be completed within Three (3) calendar months of award of contract.
Details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.
A contractor will be selected under Competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Document, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory documents:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
• Valid Business Registration Certificates;
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid Labour Certificate;
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D2, K2 and above)
Please note that, submission of fictitious documents shall lead to your disqualification and forfeiture of your tender security.
Tenders shall be accompanied by tender security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank. Tender Security shall be in the currency of the tender.
Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Estate and Procurement Departments, Swanzy Shopping Arcade, Rooms 106 and 11, Digital Address (GA-105-0575) from 9.00 GMT to 16.30 GMT from Monday, 22nd May, 2023 onwards till close of Tender.
A complete set of each of the above tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers at the on the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee for each tender payable at the Cash Office, Room 207, Second Floor, Cocoa House - Accra.
There will be no Pre-Tender meeting.
Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, indicating clearly the appropriate package and reference number being applied for and placed in a tender box located at the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Room 11, Swanzy Shopping Arcade.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers and/or their representatives who choose to attend at the place of tender.
Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender closure.
