- 3. The Abuakwa South Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers and contractors for the above mentioned projects.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Municipal Coordinating Director’s office and inspect the Tender document at the address given below
5. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for each set.
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 8th August, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days as specified in Tender Data Sheet after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security or not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price or as stated in the Tender Data Sheet or Tender Securing Declaration (if required).
7. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 8th August, 2023. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.
8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
