The Judicial Service of Ghana now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to undertake the works referenced above. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bill of Quantities, specifications and performance requirements in the Tender Document.
A Contractor will be selected under a Competitive Tendering Method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Document, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Document may obtain further information from JUDICIAL SERVICE and inspect the Tender document after publication at the address given below;

A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of four hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00) Cash only for each lot.
Tenders must be delivered to the address above on or before 2:00pm on Thursday, 31st August, 2023. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amount of GH¢25,000.00 or completion of a Tender Securing Declaration Form for each lot.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above:
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed statutory requirements, tenders that does not comply with this requirement shall be disqualified.

• Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate (D2,K2)
