INVITATION FOR TENDERS FOR THE RENOVATION OF PSC OFFICE BUILDING
(PHASE 1: REPAINTING OF PSC EXTERNAL OFFICE)

1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Public Services Commission (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of the Government of Ghana (GOG) Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
2. The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is: Renovation of PSC Office Building (Phase 1: Repainting of PSC External Office) to be completed in Six (6) calendar months.
The Public Services Commission now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above.
3. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.
4. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
5. A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.

6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

7. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address: The Secretary, Public Services Commission, Box GP 1618, Accra, from 9.00am -5.00pm local time.
8. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from Public Services Commission, Ministries from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm local time, at the 2nd Floor, Room No 202, Accounts Office by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be cash payable to Public Services Commission in Accra.
9. The deadline for submission of Tenders is Thursday 7th. September, 2023 at 10.00am local time. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the time specified above.

10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Documents.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the venue and location indicated below:
