Tender Description:: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GOODS:

1. One hundred (100) pieces Executive Crystal Award Plaque with Gold Base in VIP Packaging.

Three (3) pieces of Crystal Star Trophy in VIP Packaging for the Special category awards.

2. The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of award plaques.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and inspect the Tender documents from 10:00am, from the 16th August 2023 at the address given below:

4. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 200

5. Tenders must be delivered to the address above at or before 31st of August 2023 at 10:00. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security or not less than Two percent(2%) of the Tender price or as stated in the Tender Data Sheet] or Tender Securing Declaration (if required).

6. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below:

7. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.

· Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.

· Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.

· Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).

· Valid Business Registration Certificate

· Valid Certificate of Incorporation

· Valid Certificate of Commencement.

· Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
