Tender Description:: The National Health Insurance Authority intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Provision of Generator Maintenance Services at selected NHIA Offices across the country towards the realization of the above cited procurement.

The National Health Insurance Authority now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Provision of Generator Maintenance Services at selected NHIA Offices within the country.

Lot 1 : Various Generator Type/Size - Qty 97
Lot 1 : Various Generator Type/Size - Qty 94

NB: Tenderers shall quote for only one Lot.

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price or as stated in the Tender Data Sheet from a reputable bank or insurance company.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Commencement with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
